New Delhi, April 29 (ANI): Chief Election Commissioner Sushil Chandra on April 29 attended inaugural function of Integrated Election Complex in Delhi. While addressing he said that Delhi has less voter turnout in the capital. “Voter turnout in Delhi in last election was less. It’s India’s capital, has educated populace then why turnout is less? We should raise awareness among people. South Delhi had minimum voter turnout. When Assam can have 80 per cent plus turnout then why Delhi had 62.5 per cent,” Sushil Chandra said.
